| INTERACTIVE RESOURCE AND TUTORIAL ENSURES ALL U.S. ATHLETES KNOW DOPING CONTROL STANDARDS |
| Challenge |
| The United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) came to visionbox with two specific needs: |
- The agency needed to ensure accurate, up-to-date information always is available to educate athletes on general doping control.
- The agency needed a robust, interactive solution to meet the specific requirements for athletes in USADA's Registered Testing Pool.
| Solution |
| In Phase I, visionbox developed the Athlete's Advantage Online, an interactive resource for athletes in the agency's Registered Testing Pool. The interactive activities in this secure website provide athletes with access to specific requirements for the testing program and to general doping control information. At the time, enrollment in this program and reviewing the doping control information was optional for athletes. |
| To meet Phase II requirements, visionbox developed an Athlete's Advantage Online tutorial, which is mandatory for all U.S. Olympic and Paralympic athletes. This interactive tutorial consists of 4 modules highlighting changes to the World Anti-Doping Agency's International Standard for Testing. The tutorial includes videos, downloads, athlete interviews and testimonials, and activities that help athletes access information specific to the Registered Testing Pool requirements and to general doping control. |
