| Reesa Hicks brings more than 25 years of strategic marketing and account management experience to visionbox. She works closely with clients to define each project's business goals, clarify strategies to meet those goals, and ensure the project elegantly melds with online and offline business activities. |

| Reesa manages the Strategic Process for each project, which is integral to its success. This proprietary process involves a high degree of communication with clients while overseeing the visionbox team to ensure project goals are met on time and under budget. Reesa has successfully managed complex projects for Agilent Technologies, Hewlett-Packard, Hollister Incorporated, the United States Olympic Committee, the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency, and more. |

| Before founding visionbox with Craig Meese in 2001, Reesa served as a key member of the senior management team of an internet development and consulting agency. While there, she helped set company direction, service offerings, and business strategy. In addition, she simultaneously managed two creative services groups in two cities. |

Co-founder of visionbox, Craig defines appropriate methodologies and technical requirements to meet each project's specific needs and support the client's business goals. |

| Craig has been architecting and building client/server and web-based applications for 15 years. He forges his technical capabilities and management of the visionbox technical team to create: |

- database-driven web-based solutions, including websites with sophisticated programming that smoothly integrates with backend CRM and accounting applications;
- custom software development for unique, company-specific applications; and
- user-friendly multimedia solutions such as product demos, online tutorials, and media guides for non-technical users.
